Crochet: Slip stitch scarf

A friend in our knitting group always wore a gorgeous crocheted scarf. One day, a couple of people asked her to help them make similar scarves. I too joined them & made it!

It is an extremely simple pattern full of chains & slip stitches. Start from the lower edge & make as big as you want or until yarn runs out (like me)! I added a scalloped edge (my go-to edging pattern).

This pattern looks fabulous in mohair-silk or even brushed alpaca-silk yarn! I used just 1 skein of Drops Brushed Alpaca. So soft, light & warm 🙂
